Trial alert for MDM2/CDK4-amplified tumours

One short e-mail when a trial that recruits on MDM2 or CDK4 amplification opens, changes status or reports results. Written by patients, with the link to the official registry entry. A few e-mails a year.

What you get

  • New trials that select patients by MDM2 or CDK4/CDK6 amplification rather than by the name of the diagnosis.
  • Status changes — a trial starts or stops recruiting, or opens sites in new countries.
  • Results of the trials that matter for this amplicon, in plain language, with the source.
  • Nothing else: no advertising, no industry money, no appeals. A few e-mails a year.

Who it is for

People with dedifferentiated or well-differentiated liposarcoma, intimal sarcoma, parosteal osteosarcoma or another tumour whose report says “MDM2 amplified” or “MDM2/CDK4 co-amplification” — and their families and treating teams. These tumours look unrelated, but they share the same molecular driver, and a growing number of trials recruit on that driver.

You enter your e-mail address and confirm it once through a link we send you. Your address is kept on our own server in Switzerland, is not passed on to anyone and is used for this alert only. Every e-mail has an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing deletes your address.

Information, not medical advice. We are patients, not a study centre. Whether a trial fits you is a decision for you and your treating team, ideally at a sarcoma centre.
